1. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ENQUIRE?

I'll be in touch within 24 hours to chat through your session, answer any questions, and lock in your date. A deposit secures your booking and I'll send through everything you need to prepare — including your style guide so you arrive feeling confident and ready.

2. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Every booking comes with a personalised style guide for your session type — covering colours, fabrics, what to avoid, and how to co-ordinate if you're bringing family or a partner. You don't need to figure it out alone.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens and I completely understand. If you need to reschedule, simply let me know at least 5 days before your session and we'll find a new date at no extra cost. Your deposit moves with you.

For cancellations, deposits are non-refundable as they secure your date and my time — but they are fully transferable if you'd like to rebook within 6 months.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes — every session includes a private online gallery with full-resolution digital downloads. Printed albums, extra images, and social media resize packs are available as add-ons. Your gallery is yours to keep, share, and download anytime.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?
